Provisional Acceptance
When, in the school’s opinion
all Immigration Requirements have, or will be met;
the International Student’s level of oral and written English proficiency appears it will allow them to participated in school programmes;
the International Student will reside at the same address in New Zealand with at least one of their parents during the entire duration of their enrolment; or
reside at the same address in New Zealand with the guardian, that has been appointed and notified in writing, by their parents, during the entire duration of their enrolment; and the guardian’s homestay accommodation has been approved, accredited, vetted and monitored by the school; and an Indemnity Agreement, For a Student Living With a Designated Caregiver has been completed;
an International Student Enrolment Form and an International Student Contract have been completed and
fees for the first Semester of the intended enrolment have been paid in full,
the school will provide The International Student’s parents with a Letter of Provisional Acceptance and a receipt to show the fees for the first semester have been paid in full.
Should an International Student subsequently not be able to meet all Immigration Requirements, or in the school’s opinion, not have the required level of oral and written English proficiency, a refund of the fees for the first Semester, less an Administration Fee of NZ$200, will be made.
