Home & School Communication Programme
The Home and School Communication Programme provides for a two way information between school and home.
If international students or their parents have:
- a concern or grievance
- difficulty with study
- problems with other students
- difficulties with teachers
They should first approach their classroom teacher. If they feel the issue remains unresolved, they should make an appointment to see the Deputy Principal. If, after meeting with the Deputy Principal, they feel the issue still remains unresolved, they should make an appointment to meet with, or write to the Principal.
If the international student or their parents still feel the issue remains unresolved, they may contact the International Education Appeal Authority.
Pasadena Intermediate School is a signatory to the Code of Practice for the Pastoral Care of International Students.
The International Education Appeal Authority (IEAA) has been established to receive and adjudicate on complaints received from international students or their authorised agents/representatives concerning alleged breaches of the Code of Practice for the Pastoral Care of International Students.
