Professional Development

Pasadena Intermediate School aims to help teachers stay abreast of the profession, make their teaching alive and creative, and meet students' changing needs through support and professional development.

At Pasadena Intermediate School professional development has two key elements: 

• growth that comes from working collaboratively in developing, planning and implementing programmes
• intentional, budget supported staff development activities

Staff development is aligned to the School Plan.
