Communication Survey Report

We would like to thank the parents who responded to the survey for their frank and honest feedback.

Overall most respondents were satisfied or very satisfied with the communication between them and the school and indicated that their children were happy at Pasadena.

There were some issues raised about the school’s communication and as a Board we are committed to addressing these issues.

The following report contains the Board response to feedback; a map of our website; and the survey results in graph form.

The main areas raised by respondents to the survey are set out below along with our responses.

In some instances we explain where you can already find the information you have requested and in others we explain what we plan to do to improve specific areas of communication. We also attach a screen shot of the school’s website homepage with indications of where you can find key information immediately.
